Welcome to Geastm

 

We are MM verkoop, the company behind the webshop you know as Geastm.

 

We want ordering from us to be simple and clear, so we have set out the conditions that apply to your order below. These are our Terms and Conditions, and they apply to every order you place through geastm.com.

 

Please note that these Terms are written for consumers. If you are buying on behalf of a business or you are interested in a larger order or a partnership, get in touch using the contact details below and we will arrange something that suits you.

 

1. Meet Geastm

 

Geastm is the trade name of MM verkoop, a Vennootschap Onder Firma established in the Netherlands. We sell realistic artificial plants and greenery for homes, offices and outdoor spaces.

Our registered address is an administrative address. It is not a shop, a warehouse or a collection point, and returns should not be sent there without contacting us first.

 

2. Offer and agreement

 

2.1 When you buy a product through our webshop, you enter into an agreement with us. These Terms apply to all of your online orders and purchases.

 

2.2 We make sure these Terms are easy to find at the moment you order and at any point afterwards. You can read, reread or save the most recent version through our website at any time.

 

2.3 To make sure your order reaches you, we ask you to give us correct and complete delivery and contact details. We keep your information secure and we handle your personal data in line with our privacy policy.

 

2.4 An agreement that follows from an obvious mistake or error in our offer, for example a price that is clearly far too low, is not binding on us. If you have any doubt about whether an offer is valid, please contact us before ordering.

 

3. Prices and payment

 

3.1 The price shown in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown separately before you complete your order.

 

3.2 You can pay for your order using any of the payment methods offered at checkout.

 

3.3 We may adjust our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you place it.

 

4. Shipping and delivery

 

4.1 We ship to addresses in the Netherlands only. Our products are dispatched from our fulfilment locations in Germany or France.

 

4.2 We offer two shipping options:

 

Free shipping. Delivery normally takes 4 to 5 business days.

Insured express shipping for 4.95 euro. Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days.

 

4.3 Delivery times are indications and start from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment you place it. Orders placed on weekends and Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day. We do our best to keep to these times, but we cannot be held to them where a delay is caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control.

 

4.4 Your order is sent to the delivery address you provide, using the shipping method you select. If an incorrect or incomplete address is given, any cost of a lost or undelivered parcel is for your own account.

 

4.5 We take care that orders are packed and sent accurately. If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, let us know as soon as possible and at the latest within 48 hours of receiving it, with a photo where possible, and we will take care of the rest.

 

5. Products, quality and complaints

 

5.1 We do our best to show our products as accurately and completely as possible on our website. Because of the nature of the products, small differences between the photos on the website and the item you receive are possible, for example in shade of green, leaf arrangement or the exact position of stems. No two pieces are folded and packed identically, and greenery often needs a little shaping by hand once it is unpacked.

 

5.2 Our products are made for decorative use. Items sold as suitable for outdoor use are made to withstand normal outdoor conditions, but no artificial plant is indestructible. Constant direct sunlight, storms and extreme weather will shorten the life of any outdoor piece.

 

5.3 You are entitled to a product that meets the agreement. If you believe something is wrong with what you received, let us know by email or by phone and describe the problem. We will look at it properly and, where a complaint is justified, we will repair, replace or refund the item.

 

5.4 We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

 

6.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

 

6.2 To use this right, inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to info@geastm.com before the 14 day period ends. Include your order number and which items you wish to return. You can cancel your order in full or in part.

 

6.3 After telling us you wish to cancel, return the products as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, to the return address we give you by email. Do not return anything before contacting us, because our return address is not the same as our registered address.

 

6.4 You may handle and inspect the products as you would in a physical shop, enough to judge the item and decide whether to keep it. Please keep the original packaging and any tags intact. If products come back incomplete, damaged, dirty or used beyond what is needed to inspect them, we may deduct the loss in value from the amount we refund.

 

6.5 Unless we have stated otherwise, the cost of returning the products is for your own account.

 

6.6 We will refund the amount you paid, including the standard shipping cost of the original order, within 14 days of receiving the returned products. In the case of a partial return, we refund the cost of the returned items only. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option, we refund the standard cost. We refund using the same payment method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise with you.

 

7. Intellectual property

 

7.1 All intellectual property rights relating to Geastm, our webshop and our content, including the texts, photography, video and design used to promote our products, belong to us or to our suppliers. You may not copy or reuse this material without our written permission.

 

8. Changes to these Terms

 

8.1 We may change these Terms from time to time. Any changes are published on this page, so we advise you to read them again each time you order from us. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the moment you place it.

 

8.2 These Terms were last updated on 20 August 2026.

 

9. Applicable law

 

9.1 Dutch law applies to these Terms and to the agreement between you and us. Any dispute is submitted to the competent Dutch court, without affecting the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
